Powerpuff Girls
ColourPop Powerpuff Girls 12-Pan Pressed Powder Shadow Palette ($18.00 for 0.36 oz.) is a new, limited edition palette that contained a mix of shimmers, pressed glitters, and matte shades. The mattes out-performed the shimmers, but the shimmers should be workable for those who prefer to use an eyeshadow primer and often use fingertips to apply their shimmer eyeshadows.
Ingredients
Townsville
Townsville has a transparent base with light, champagne gold glitter particles and a few, more iridescent glitter particles. It was a pressed glitter, so it contained plastic (PET) glitter and is not intended for usage around the eye area. It had medium color coverage paired with a moderately emollient base that helped it adhere well to bare skin and have good spreadability as the glitter particles distributed evenly when blended out. It stayed on decently for seven and a half hours before showing migration.

The texture was more emollient in the pan, but it was thin and more firmly-pressed into the pan, which made it more challenging to pick up product with a dry brush. I’d recommend using a dampened brush over a fingertip as a fingertip further compacted the powder. It had mostly opaque, buildable pigmentation that wore nicely for eight hours.

Silico
