The best service providers in the state were recently celebrated via the release of a ranked list by Clutch. The list of 350 Florida-based companies was announced on July 27, 2021, by the independent B2B resource and review platform, which is headquartered in Washington, DC.
In its announcement of the Florida 2021 top B2B companies (the Clutch Leader Award recipients), Clutch noted that projections now show the Florida economy rebounding from the pandemic at a faster rate than the national average. Business is expanding in the state, with growth expected both in the near-term and long-term. Clutch pointed to an official forecast from the Florida Office of Economic and Demographic Research (EDR). The EDR expects the US economy to expand at 1.6 percent in 2021, with the Florida economy growing more rapidly at 1.9 percent.
The B2B services market in Florida is extraordinarily competitive, per Clutch. The list was intended to honor the difficulty of succeeding in the environment.

Clutch made it clear that they had a rigorous selection process just to make it onto the list of 350 companies. Numerous factors were used to assess companies and determine their eligibility for inclusion, all part of a standardized evaluation-based methodology the review company has adopted. The top factors are the following:
- Position in the market
- Customer ratings and overall satisfaction
- History of awards and acknowledgments
- Presence on social media.
Michael Trim, Sales Development Representative for Clutch, said that the companies on the list were setting the standard for B2B service, “demonstrating mastery, superiority, and growth.” Trim noted that given the particular “excellence” of the organizations in the 2021 group, the company was excited to make the announcement.

While Trim described Clutch’s excitement in anticipation of this honor, awards such as these are exciting to us too. The individual client may be our focus, but awards let us know that we are doing something right, that we are outperforming other companies that are providing the same services.
Appearing on the list of 350 companies was exciting. Even more exciting, we saw our name in the top 10, with Oyova coming in 9th overall.
