Kelly Price is now listed as missing with the National Crime Information Center.
Gospel singer Kelly Price has reportedly gone missing after being in the hospital for COVID-19.
In a report from TMZ, Price has been listed as a missing person with the National Crime Information Center after a welfare check took place at her home last Saturday. The singer was admitted to the hospital a week after posting to Instagram on July 29 that she had COVID and was struggling with symptoms.
According to TMZ, Price’s family was in touch with her while she was recovering in the hospital. But three weeks after she was admitted, her kids received a call saying she was discharged although she hadn’t fully recovered.
The welfare check occurred after someone informed cops that Price’s boyfriend was allegedly not allowing family and friends to visit her home. However, the authorities found no evidence of foul play and spoke with Price’s boyfriend at the residence. An active investigation to find Price is now underway.
