Wow, what a transformation Candy Warburton has had! This mum-of-four has lost 9.8kg and 53.5cm in JUST 12 weeks on The Healthy Mummy’s 12 Week Challenge.
“I have secretly been following The Healthy Mummy’s 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge for a few years, and only recently decided I need to make some changes and I brought a year’s subscription,” she says.
“I saw on Facebook that the Healthy Mummy were hosting a 12 week challenge, so I signed up.”
How this mum lost nearly 10kg in just 12 weeks
Candy says her goal was to hit 75kg, drink more water, quit her soft drink addiction and practise some self care without feeling guilty! She now weighs 73kg, is no longer reliant on soft drink and drinks heaps more water!
“I’m proud to say I am 73kg I am no longer addicted to soft drink. I drink my daily requirements of water and Tuesdays are self care days,” she says. “I have lost 9.8kg and 53.5cm!
“I drink The Healthy Mummy smoothies in the morning because I’m on the go and it’s quick filling and healthy my go to flavour is banana sundae.
Candy has found that pledging achievable goals within a 12 week time frame was a bit factor in her success along with the support from the 12 week challenge support group.
“The 12 week support group was amazing it has been the best decision I have made.”
Candy says that the lifestyle changes she has made and learnt in the last 12 weeks are staying for the long term.
“A lot of us want to know if it’s hard or a fad. I too was sceptical, but honestly The Healthy Mummy is not a diet it is a lifestyle.
