Jasmine Ready has lost weight TWICE with the help of The Healthy Mummy’s 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge! The first time she lost 40kg and on her second time she lost 33.5kg. INCREDIBLE!
The 30-year-old mum from Townsville reveals she piled on the weight while she was breastfeeding.
“I started my second journey in October 2020 and I have currently lost 33.5kg. I was wearing a size 18 and now down to a size 14-12,” she says.

In fact, Jasmine says she loves to exercise now and loves the excuse to have some ‘me time’!
“I’m a happier mum,” she says. “I also love that my son when I do my workouts at home wants to join in with me.”
“As a mum you find that you don’t spend money on yourself or when you do you feel guilty, but with Healthy Mummy product, I don’t,” she says.
“Everyone says it must be hard dieting and only eating 1400cals a day but it’s not, I feel it’s all about planning your meals for the day and meal prep.”
What Jasmine eats in a typical day
Breakfast: Healthy Mummy smoothie
Morning tea: Grain cracker with tomato or fruit
Lunch: Fresh salad with meat or a Healthy Mummy meal
Afternoon Tea: Fruit or Healthy Mummy mini Chocolate Muffins
Dinner: Healthy Mummy meal
“My breakfast is very simple because I start work at 7am and need to drop off two kids before that I bend my smoothie and have it at work after 7,” she says.
“Mornings tea I either have the whole grain cracker with tomato or fruit, lunch is either a fresh salad with meat or one of my favourite Healthy Mummy meals from the freezer, afternoon tea is either fruit or hm mini chocolate muffins and dinner is a Healthy Mummy meal from the freezer, I love risotto and pasta recipes, because by the time I get home from work and grabbing the kids its 6pm.
“I don’t eat after 7 so it’s good to have meals ready and it stops me from grabbing takeaway. I have managed to drop takeaway in our house to twice a month and when I do I don’t count it I just enjoy it with my family.”
Jasmine’s advice to other mums is to have little success goals.
“I always get excited when I tick off another 5kgs and I find planning your week with meals helps with success.”
