For the October Challenge, we are adding HEAPS of brand new recipes to the Healthy Mummy App. Plus we have listened to the community who have asked for longer workouts. So, we have added 8 NEW Long Play workouts that run for 45 – 50 minutes!
The theme for October’s 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge is 15 minute meals. We understand how time-poor mums are, and the last they want to be doing is spending hours in the kitchen.
