Nostalgix is serving up another daring single on Thrive Music titled “Friends” featuring AMY MIYÚ. “Friends” finds the Canadian up-and-comer following her Deadbeats-disseminated EP, June’s Black Mirror, as well as her swift bass-house single, “Realest,” released via UKF in April.
“Friends” leans into the Los Angeles-based producer’s tenacious girl power attitude as brimming breakbeat basslines, distorted melodies, and frisky lyrics combine for a purging rhythmic taste of ’90s nostalgia and modern bass-house. Listen to the two cohorts’ full flex below.
