I’ve been craving anything Biscoff Lotus Cookie the past few days so I told Daddydoodledoo to buy me a bottle of Biscoff Lotus spread and a pack of cookies from the grocery. Aside from spreading it to bread, I decided to make Biscoff Apple Overnight Oats. I ate it for breakfast and I’m instantly hooked! Ayan, I’ve been having it for breakfast for five straight days now.
So bago ko pa sya maubos, I thought I’d share it with you…

I’ve been making overnight oats for quite a while now and I’ve tried different kinds of flavors… may plain lang, may coffee, most of them has fruit and some of them has yogurt. This time, since I have LPRD (Laryngopharyngeal Reflux Disease), minsan na lang ako mag-dairy products. I’m using soy milk most of the time — yun na rin ang gamit ko for my overnight oats. It’s still creamy and tastes great.
Hope you give a try too!
